burning defense workout"

to give the feeling of an aerobic conditioning class, but also provide
the individual with skillful techniques that will be helpful if
given a situation that is unavoidable.

workout takes pride in giving the individual an arsenal of blocks,
kicks, and strikes set up on a 12-month curriculum program. Therefore
you can make progress and learn a variety of moves for a full year!
Never again will you be bored doing the same combinations from month
to month. On top of that you get rewarded for passing each phase
of blocks, kicks, and strikes you learn. Each phase progresses from
simple to more intricate movements. By the end of a full year you
will not only be in shape, develop more muscle tone, become flexible,
